Raspberry-Ginger & Yoga:
On your hands and knees with your back parallel to the floor, inhale as you arch your spine downward and lift your head up. Exhale as you arch your spine upward and relax your head down. Breathe through your nose. Start flexing slowly and gradually increase the speed. This exercise is called Cat/Cow, and it is also excellent for the flexibility of the spine. Continue for 1–3 minutes. To finish, come into the inhale position, take a few deep breaths and relax.
